We're now ready to put up a fence around our backyard - but are still very limited in our budget. We would like to do the work ourselves, but if at all possible not have to dig holes as our property is very sandy and digging, cement, etc will be a huge hassle.....
I know it's asking A LOT, but are there any fence ideas out there that meet our requirements:

-No digging holes (trenches to be filled back in are fine)
-solid fence (dog will bark if she can see thru it; and sturdy)
-inexpensive to buy materials and build

The fence would be 3 sided, approximately 30' x 50'.
Open to all ideas or known companies that are reasonably priced to do the work. I've scoured the internet for DIY/creative/alternative fencing without much luck.... We have no restrictions, so any material goes!
Thanks for any ideas and suggestions.

Sorry but I don't think you'll get a permit for a fence that is not anchored in the ground. The first hurricane winds that come will turn it into a missile endangering lives.

A lightweight opaque fence would be the rolls of bamboo available at home& garden stores. The kind people put on their tiki bars. You still need to have it anchored though.

Good luck.
