My friend's Mom is wanting to move to the area. They want minimum maintanence, newer construction( 2002 or newer), must be able to have 6 dogs and 5 cats in the 200K-400K price range in the Sarasota/Manatee county area and they want to be within 1 Hr of St. Pete's.

Any idea's?

Thanks

Minimum maintenance would probably mean some type of community. The issue might be all the animals. Most communities have restriction on the amount, size, type of animals you can have.

My first thought would be somewhere in Lakewood Ranch due to the proximity to St Pete. You would have to check the rules and regs on each community to make sure all of the pets are allowed. Three Oaks might be another idea. Some place with maybe a little extra property for the pets might work out well.

You might be able to buy a small kennel and renovate it so it is suitable for her to live there! J/K, but man that is a lot of animals.
