We will be there May 14th for a few days to check everything out and hopefully find a house to rent....so if any locals know of any 3-4 bedroom homes available in July in the Palmer Ranch area or within a great school area near there(with a pool, I'm not asking for much..hehe!) let us know.

Ya know, it seems like there are a lot of requests for rentals in Palmer Ranch(just here on CD). Seems like you might do well if you had one. Oh, both of you might also want to check out Rivendell in Osprey.

Check out "Shells" towards the south end of Sarasota on the main drag....love that place and reasonable with good food.

Dang. I was there 2 years ago and it's been a favorite for ages.

is shells a chain? i thought there was a closed-down place in clearwater with that name. We were there in august and friends wanted to go there but ... gone!
