Good Morning,

I have an opportunity to work with a realtor here part time. I could desperately use the extra money and am looking for some advice.

I need to get a license. Does anyone know of courses that DON'T require all day....can't afford to take time off from work. I don't care for the online courses...want to touch and feel the coursework versus having electronic copies.

I appreciate your replies. I know there are some great realtors on this board and am looking for your expertise.

Hi There,

You could take evening classes. This is where I took my sales associate course: Sales Associate PreLicense Course Schedules (http://www.edklopfer.com/courses/schedules/salespre.htm - broken link) I did the one week crash course but you could do the night classes. I passed the test my first time. Make sure you take their prep classes before the test. I was told if you fail it's very beneficial to take the review of what you missed on the test. I think it sinks in more being in class.

I took my broker test online and I thought it was much harder. I think the test is overall harder but I liked doing the classes in the classroom better.

Good luck with it!

I would reccommend a classroom setting over on line as you get a lot of tips about what my come up on the State test and also there is someone ther to answer questions.
Good Luck
