you didnt say where the rental was. we are in englewood up by manasota beach. if you are looking at this area private message me and i can give you the name and number of the property manager that we used for our house when it was a rental. she has about 50 houses and i know there are some empty. if she does not have anything she might be able to direct you to the right place. also soflgal who posts on here is a realtor and might have some connections.

I am looking for rentals in different areas for various people, even though I don't personally handle them. I was talking with my rental guy today and he said he has a pretty long waiting list for rental homes. It seems like it's getting pretty competitive for good rentals.

We just spent a week in the sarasota area looking at rentals all day, everyday.. what we found is no one was really in a rush to get rid of them, I think out of the 100+ calls we made, we only received maybe 10 replies. Many of the replies seemed to be flakey too. we would spend 20min on the phone with a realtor and really not get any answers.
