Hello,
I posted a question earlier, and said that we were going to go live at the Royal Palm Terrace but decided against it when we heard about drinking. Well, as my husband and I talked about it, we decided that everyone has different opinions, and decided that we would like to hear any other people's experiences when it comes to the RPT.
Did you have a good experience? Did you have a bad experience? Please tell me your story! We need to hear more than one person's advice. Maybe he had a bad experience and made accusations.

It's located in a very rough part of town-- stay way east of that and you'll be better off-- Stay West of 59th street, or Closer to I 75 going out East..

If this is the property (gated) off of Old Bradenton Road, and University, near the dog track, and AIRPORT ?? if it's the same one (it rings a bell), I would say stay the hell away from it

this is not in a terrible area and its not the one by the airport either. its a very nice area thats in the middle of a lot of great things. its right next to the movies and is a very nice complex.
