Yes, we will rent at first. She is waiting to hear from the owner since they may have found a renter on their own. They were out of town for the holiday weekend so we hope to hear something today.

great, i really hope it works out. waiting is soooo hard. we did find a house to rent, I am very happy about it. i just got the lease today. It was really hard to coordinate - I had my SIL in Tampa drive down to see it and give the deposit for me. You know how fast these places are flying?!? it's NUTS! We had to deal with the holiday weekend too. I would have flown there myself but the jacked up airfare of $300 each way was ridiculous!! I am flying there this weekend for $80 each way!! I am happy I can breathe now and enjoy showing the kids around Sarasota without having to look at rentals all week!

As for us..............AAAAHHHHHH!!! I think it is going to work out! They are sending us an updated rental agreement now! We have been there before, though...(Since these rentals are hard to come by, some people are offering the owners MORE to get the deal! ugh) I'll let you know as soon as it happens.
