This sounds like it is a block or so west of Bull.. on the north side of Victory? Am I correct?

Either way, that vicinity could certainly use a face lift like this ...if it gets completed.

It sounds like a proposal though and the Savannah newspaper (aka Savannahnow) is notorious for breaking tons of "proposals" that never get off the ground. What ever happened to that water park at 204 & 95? According to Savannahnow, that should have already been completed!

Whatcha wanna bet that someone will get their panties in a twist about it being "historic" and we shouldn't mess with it!!!!

I still haven't gotten over that mess about the dry cleaners on Bay street.

There's historic, and then there's HISTORIC!

These building are neither.....they are just old.

Agreed. I still haven't gotten over that either. It is a CINDER BLOCK building for pete's sake! NOTHING historic about that. I digress.
