I hope the plans includes raising the low places in the road bed so that the road doesn't flood on those very high tides.

I wasn't entirely sold on the plan until I watched the video. (As I am all for 4-laning the entire corridor)

The proposed plan makes more sense economically and environmentally AND would take less time to complete.

BTW, Padgett, according to the video, plans do call for raising the elevation in certain flooding vulnerable spots.
