I can't believe everyone's not jumping on it!
Reason is: people don't want to get hit with sucker punches. Besides, you can always buy on upticks and get a bang for your money on the way up.

On the other hand if you invested in Medient Studios (MDNT-QB) at $2 a share during all the favorable publicity surrounding the Effingham Industrial Development Authority deal with Medient Studios during the summer of 2013 you could have bought 100 shares. Those 100 shares would be worth $.90 this morning Jan 23, 2014, a loss of $199.10. You'll wonder where your money went when you invest in Medient. $200 invested today would buy 22,222 shares. When it climbs back up to $2 a share you would have $44,444, a gain of $44,244. Invest today! Take a ride on the slide. I wonder if any IDA members invested their own money or were given any Medient Studios shares?

With the $44,244 gain which most likely qualify for long time capital gains would only take a 15% bite out of the gain ($6,636.60) I seriously doubt if you would have this gain with this stock. That is why I don't play the lottery because of the amount of taxes I would have to pay if I hit the Jackpot.

Amazing that for one fourteenth of a cent one can buy a "higher financial standard " in the economy today.
Why I remember the time where it was " if you want my TWO cents",people listened.
What has this world come to??
