Coastal Guy maybe you can answer this question: They claim they are putting together and producing this film "MARA" when in fact they already did it in 2013. Is this just a matter of them taking this off the shelf and making people believe they are actually in production? What is involved in taking something already done and bringing it to the public again? Doesn't seem to me you need any money for that.

That film appears to have been a Swedish piece of crap, not to be confused with this American blight on our culture.Gladiator (2000), and Gladiator (1992). That's just one example off the top of my head, but there are many others.

Excerpts: On January 27, 2016 the Company received an Notice of Default stating that: Studioplex City Rentals, LLC (“Studioplex”) is in default of its obligations to Apple Box Productions, Inc.
On January 13, 2016 the Company paid a $20,000 retainer to the Companies’ auditors Malone Bailey to complete the audit for its 10-K Annual Report for the fiscal year ending September 30th, 2015. The Company and auditors are now working diligently to complete the 10-K filing at the earliest possible date.
On January 21 2016, the Company entered into an Employment Agreement with Mr. Jeff Maynard, and appointed Mr. Maynard as Head of Post Production .

And certainly the accounting firm took cash only (of course anything less would be illegal) and note the 20 grand was a retainer. Guess they felt pay up and get the filing done or throw the company in trash bin and be delisted.

Dr. Hameed, eh? Well, now at least we know where they've been procuring operating capital, but it sounds like the dude is not pleased. Physician money ain't like movie studio money, unfortunately for him. It's the pot calling the kettle black in his getting involved in trying to manage the managers. He thought it was a good investment because he's a doctor, and not a movie industry veteran. If he had only been keeping up with this thread online, he could have saved himself hundreds of thousands of dollars.
