Located just across the street from SCAD’s Alexander Hall, The Hue will offer one-bedroom studios, two-, three-, and four-bedroom suites and three-bedroom townhouses. Cable and high-speed WiFi will be free, and water and electricity are included with a cap.

Student housing amenities include a 25,000-gallon lounge pool, exterior decks, entertaining and semi-private gathering space, a fitness center, 24-hour clubhouse, business center and a resident gallery space. Residents will also have access to 3,600 square feet of ground floor retail and a 330-space, two-level parking garage, which includes visitor parking.

Downtown Savannah needs more private developments like this, especially ones targeted for the general population and not just students. Perhaps the success of this one will spur some more in-fill residential construction in the District.

What is a one-bedroom studio?

Is that like a plastic glass, or government intelligence?

But a studio apartment, by definition, is a single room. The living, dining, and sleeping areas are all in one room. One-bedroom apartments have a bedroom that is separate from the living/dining areas.

Or has the definition for a studio apartment changed?

Kinda. I rent one out. It's a glorified studio. There is a bedroom but it doesn't have a door and its not "defined" as a bedroom. It's not part of the main room
I understand your point. When I rent it out I humbo jumbo the description.
