Very similar wording: (Gdot), (Median), (city paying half in not excess of 100,000 for median) lol

GDOT is the only word that can describe the ga dept of transportation - it doesnt mean everything they do is a lifestyle mall.

They doesn't mean we're getting a "lifestyle center". Just that whatever development is going in, the developer wants direct access from the bypass.

It's probably just another Statesboro Crossing of sorts.
