.....so please excuse a dumb question.

If Willie Lovett doesn't spend any money (food and lodging like for other prisoners) while he is in prison, how much will he have in his account when he gets out?

Oh, yeah.... So how much will the Mrs. have to spend? He won't need anything, will he? The Tax Payer will take care of all his needs, Right?

I figure, that's just short of a million by the time he's out, but like I said, the Mrs. will have carte blanche for all those years, so if I were her, I'd be drowning my sorrows in Jamaica with a few pool boys.

Would it be ironic if she gambled it all away in Las Vegas?

After all of his fooling around, she deserves to spend it.

A convicted Georgia police chief will earn a $130,000 pension while in federal prison - Business Insider

Loop holes. Two short words. Nine letters equal $130,000 / year. Amazing but true.

This is the problem with government employment. You can keep getting paid for being a criminal. He should have his salary eliminated and have to pay back his salary and his fine for being a criminal. Such a waste of tax dollars. This is one of the few places where criminals get promoted for bad behavior, in government. No wonder everyone wants to go work for government. Plus a six figure salary is beyond bloated and wasteful. I am mad as hell about this crap.

I think 99% of people are outraged, across the board. It has nothing to do with race. A sitting police chief was corrupt for decades. That's completely outrageous. It is because of his position and public trust. If he was some guy in the Parks and Rec dept, sure, keep your pension. There is a little difference between an average city employee, doing road maintenance or whatever,.... and the Chief of Police!!! I'm surprised Edna or her minions stuck their neck out for just one person, for such a predictable (and rightfully so) massive public opposition. Sometimes you have to cut people off. I'd have thought she'd be smart enough to know this is one of those times.
