I was just in downtown yesterday. From 17 I counted 10 cranes over the city. Most I've ever seen.

More apartments coming to the urban core. These two new projects are from the minutes of the August 9th Historic District Planning meeting.

BOWERY II/615 MONTGOMERY STREET
This 4-story, 51 unit development will be called the "Bowery II" in reference to the Bowery in the block to the north of the site which was recently completed.

6 stories appears to be the standard acceptable height for anything in the HD nowadays
