sounds good, if executed right. Agree cities are more vibrant with year-round residents downtown.

"ensure affordable". Baloney. They have no skin in the game and work for a governmental agency. Try dealing with Developmental Services and you'll experience reality.

In other news, the County is seeking to do the opposite by continually hiking property taxes year over year.
