Looks like lots of bickering between the county and the city. Nothing new. There's always been tension between north and south Bryan. Bunch of idiots.

It won’t take 20 years. RH already has a lot propelling it’s growth and when that new edit on I-95 opens it is going to explode. Another high school is gonna be needed in that part of Bryan soon. I’d love to see these 5,000 acres be developed as a master-planned community similar to Godley Station or Savannah Quarters. Richmond Hill is ripe for something huge like that.
