I wonder if any on board can recommend an architect for a duplex house I wish to build. I am familiar with all the big names in Savannah but quite honesty not interested in dealing with them as a "small fish in a great big pond".

PC, are you going to be building within the Historic District? It might be wise to seek out an architect that has worked within the parameters of HD guidelines.
