One of our council women confirmed this today. Since I shop there (if I need bread or eggs, but not cilantro or chutney), I’ve noticed a very sharp young woman manager lately, so I bet she is the Piggly wiggly transition team. It is very much needed, since the Food Lion and Publix seriously outclass Bilo.

My guess is that it's this franchisee. I think it took over the Piggly Wiggly Carolina locations that were retained as they appear to have 50 stores in South Carolina and run the stores in Southeast Georgia.
