Hi! Can anyone give me some info. on a subdiv. called "The Sanctuary" in Richmond Hill? Is it a nice place to build a home? Any negatives about it? Thank you for any info. you can provide...

It is not gated, gates haven't worked for months, even a couple of years really. Just ask anyone living there they will tell you this. Also really small pool. No one will fix the gates, they have been promised to be fixed in a timely manner, however the builders, and the real estate agents from keller williams have known of this problem for awhile. To no avail problem is still not fiexed, and no one will respond to requst to fix it. GREAT NEIGHBORS, AND QUITE NEIGHBORHOOD
