a friend just called and told me yet another horror story about what happened at Animal Control the other day. I know, I know... I am not going to tell the story. I know that most of you know about Animal Control, some help rescue from Animal Control and some have never been to AC. PLEASE let ALL people that you talk to about pets know about AC's existence. PLEASE let them know that any dog or cat that they might want to adopt can be found there, if not one day then the next. PLEASE let them know that the pets there are not there because they have problems. People were their only problem! PLEASE talk to your friends and family or people you just meet about these abandoned pets. Don't let anyone tell you '...but there is nothing we can do about it' or 'well, if we save one it won't make a difference'. Yes, we can make a difference and if we save that one it means the world to that one.
