I called them yesterday. First "Kellie" had to get approval and THE MAN was in a meeting. She then called back and said she needed to order a part and would be in touch. What part would they need, I wonder?

Wondering if anyone knows of the RECs? Renewable Energy Certificates?

Charging for energy twice? Some idea of Enron, I believe? Too confusing for me, but worth the look. Is it a way to sell energy twice and make twice the profit????
