The current measurement for the speed of light is flawed. Light does not travel at a constant speed. Rather, the speed of light is also relative to the energy it was produced by. Compare an old flashlight with dying batteries to a supernova.
Dr. Nikola Tesla conducted experiments to show that cosmic rays could travel anywhere from 50 to 500 times the maximum speed of light!
