NIF Moves 5.9 Million Degrees Closer To Fusion Power | Popular Science

Says they are able to heat a small gold capsule up to 5.9 million degrees Fahrenheit. Next they will fire the laser at a hydrogen isotopes deuterium to cause it to implode and generate fusion.

Thanx for the information.... Here's more if you are interested; especially on the Tokamak approach(ITER); But I have information on the inertial confinement Fusion approach too!!! PITTS.

And why did you write a total of 5.9 million degrees Fahrenheit in the 50-s yet reached the 10 million degrees on Celsius. What is the data which you have weak or is not in force to achieve more, as it is so?
