They didn't have Harris Roach Tablets yet when Noah set sail.

Their were 12 cockroaches on the Arc, Noah fed 10 to baby dinosaurs.

It's just scientists changing their minds again. One day they think that dinosaurs were a large reptile, just big lizards. Then they guess that they were really just big birds. Who knows what they'll think up next.
