As the title of the OP was electronic subscriptions I would doubt anyone would include those things, unless there's some new hard drive of the month club I haven't heard of

$6.77

Cell phone: $162.58 for two year service (Tracfone)
No home phone.
No cable TV, just antenna.
No home internet. I use free Wifi. (library, work, etc.)

Yeah, you could say I'm a cheapskate... but you can't say I'm poor. I live quite contently without all this stuff, why start now?

Default cost per month for electronic subscriptions

Between $30 and $35/mo. for bundled (same company) DSL (for desktop) & landline phone (no cell).
Anything else media/online-if it's not free, then I don't access it.

Forgot to mention long-distance phone charges, I so rarely make long-distance calls.
Bought calling card ($30 for 1000 mins.) a few years ago & still have time left on it.

Last edited by cloven; 09-06-2012 at 04:32 PM.. Reason: adding long-distance phone info.

Satellite, home phone, long distance bundle, unlimited broadband internet $198/month

Satellite radio $15/month

2 smart phones both with 6gb data plans, 1 dumb phone $128/month

Total: $341

I also occasionally buy apps, music, anti-virus subscriptions and e-books. My spending on these items is quite variable so I really have no idea. My son also has an X-box live membership, but I don't know what it costs.

I have no idea what I spend on hardware, but I do love my gadgets so it's probably a lot. My most recent purchases were an extra battery for my phone $40, a case $50 and a micro sd card $40.
