Heck some claim since chimps ahve fingerrpints that emans they are ancetors to humans.But then I guess with eye we are related to many creatures ;if so.
Consider the tens of thousands of people that wander through the woods or the hundreds of millions that drive the roads and yet no one has ever found a deceased bigfoot.
Just google "cougar found dead on road" and you will find many many many articles.
Funny how over the decades no one has ever found any credible remains of bigfoot.
None have been hit by cars, none have been caught in a flood and washed up on a riverbank somewhere.....at some points the odds of that become fairly damning.
Yup. There are estimated to be at most a handful of ocelots in Arizona, not even enough to maintain a breeding population, but over the years people have seen them, snapped a couple photos, killed one on the highway, etc.
Now an ocelot is damn near impossible to see in the brush, if we can obtain verified evidence of them in relatively sparsely populated areas of AZ then someone would have something more solid on a damn 8 foot gorilla thing.

I seem to recall there have been plenty of sightings in the snow, so what happened when they were followed and their footprints tracked? Why do we not hear of this? It should lead back to them or their cave or where they live surely? It seems that even renowned "bigfoot" researcher Dr. Jeff Meldrum of the Idaho State University is keeping quiet about who or what they are and that is if he has found out.
I think that if I was a researcher in this field, I would probably think (know) that man would want to cut up and analyse a living one if one was found. Rather like ET in the movie, they wanted to take him into a lab and do tests on him.
No, I think man is too eager to cut and dice so I would just keep quiet about it if I was them.
