Wanting too make a widget. Standard size utility plastic case the size of a hard pack of cigarettes. With several LEDs that will twinkle or race. With a micro solar panel for charging a battery.
Set in a window car or home. Any moment will cause lights too twinkle or flash or race.
Need a circuit - were too find these items. I built circuit boards so it's no problem just the circuit and parts.
A fake alarm for prying eyes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
