I don't mind being a ginny pig for this if has a high chance of working.
Do not know about regenerating teeth, but regenerate bone in order to prepare it for implant placing- yes. There is a material made from stem cells that oral surgeons use in dental work.

I always thought that people should have three sets of teeth during their lifetime: their baby teeth, adult teeth, and somewhere around 40 their last set of teeth. I've never had a root canal, but I've had tooth fillings and also deep cleaning/scalings, which were not a walk in the park. I know other people have suffered through a lot of dental procedures and it's a lot of pain and sometimes even complications. Even though you brush regularly, floss, and visit the dentist every six months, due to genetics a person can still wind up with a bad pair of chompers. Also, dental hygiene seems to come up with new information all the time. I remember when I was a kid they said to brush our teeth right after eating and that turned out to be bad advice. Imagine drinking a can of soda and eating a grapefruit at almost the same time for a snack - then going to brush your teeth right after. Your teeth would be screaming. Acid erosion/damage is a big deal now - they say to wait to brush your teeth at least 45 minutes, didn't know that till recently. Also, use soft toothbrushes and replace them every month - brush gently, too. In the old days, you get the hardest brush and you brush down hard. Live and learn...

It would be great if this regenerating teeth process works. I forgot to ask in my other post when would this procedure be a possibility?

Three sets of teeth wouldn't be needed nowadays. We have hygiene better than ever before, have fluoride available in water and toothpaste, and regularly seal our teeth. Teeth pretty much last our lifetime as long as we are otherwise healthy and careful.
