The ocean water at one of our beaches has become extremely clear and blue. Usually it's pretty murky. Many think it's because of the renourishment going on but no one has come up with a solid answer.

Any thoughts of what it could be?

Something that was dredged up is likely acting as a flocculent. Exactly what could be found by analyzing the top layer of sediment.
