Thanks for the link - I have never heard of this. Now I'm curious what I would have heard if I had answered it.

I received one here as well, what was worse was it was shortly after my husband passed away and the phone is still in his name. Guess what I'd like to do to whoever called????

I'm sorry to hear of your husband's passing - that would have been a shock. Did you answer?

I received one of those in the last few days. I was not home to answer it, or not answer it, as the case may be.

It sounds like a desperate telemarketer, political call, or charity.

No - I had been checking the cordless to see the numbers that called while I was out. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done if I'd been here when it called.

I got one as well. I figgured it couldn't be me 'cause I was right there and I don't like the phone. I now have myself on call zap so I don't disturb myself again.

It seems like someone hacked your phone call. Sometime it happens to the purpose of voicemail hacking. Do not answer to that type of call, and Let it go to an answering machine so you can get a recording of the call as evidence.
