My understanding is that rape is seldom about sexual attraction and more about control or oppression. Victims of rape cover the gamut from socialite to homeless vagrant. It seems that being "nice smelling" is not a requirement of the determined rapist based on reports of the general condition of homeless vagrant's hygiene and sanitation standards in many circumstances. Add that to the fact that there are many odiferous conditions that would be very objectionable to me that have their own fetish culture followers.
How is something like pepper spray not more effective than this?
