Say you had someone in your car like me who didnt want to possibly be spied on,would you keep your phone hidden while they were in the car??
No I wouldn't and to be fair from now on I will warn everyone in my car and home that they are being spied on by the government. It will then be their choice if they leave or not.
How so? We have someone saying that the NSA/government is only trying to find terrorists and aren't actually concerned with the lives of regular citizens. Can someone really be that naive? If you believe everything the government says, then I don't know what to tell you.
The question is WHY would the government want to know about the lives of regular citizens? Can you explain your position on that.
Its not only cell phones that are a question. The actual monitoring of telecommunications by NSA computers mining data streams is in play here. Nobody seems to be concerned about the monitoring of their internet usage. Law enforcement is using data stream analysis to find child pornography users on the internet. In in the past, the government monitored Telex, TWX and cable traffic.
