No I wouldn't and to be fair from now on I will warn everyone in my car and home that they are being spied on by the government. It will then be their choice if they leave or not.

Its not only cell phones that are a question. The actual monitoring of telecommunications by NSA computers mining data streams is in play here. Nobody seems to be concerned about the monitoring of their internet usage. Law enforcement is using data stream analysis to find child pornography users on the internet. In in the past, the government monitored Telex, TWX and cable traffic.
