Skype Question, please help (internet, program)

So I have someone wanting to conduct a job interview via Skype. She asked for my Skype ID. Where the heck do I find my Skype ID? I searched the internet and everything says that if you set-up Skype with a Windows account, then you don't have an ID. Well, I set up Skype years ago with a Windows account. So does that mean I don't have a Skype ID? What do I give to her? Is it the same as my Skype name?

Please help. I obviously never use Skype.

Hope this is not too late...

I don't use skype often but what happens when you launch the program? (Windows > search for skype). Does it launch with a username or allow you to create your own?

When you launch skype, the welcome screen shows your ID at the bottom, where it says "You are signed in as (your ID)"

Alternatively, click the three dots at the top of the left column of the welcome screen, then click Settings. Your skype name will be shown under "Your Skype Profile."
