I just finished watching a Netflix series called "Better than Us" about a robot in Russia. Granted it is a science fiction story and it is hard to tell what part of the technology in this series is in fact reality in Russia. But it did peak my curiosity about their current state of technological advancement and whether or not we are really keeping up with the rest of the world?
In that "Digital Quality Life" rankings I did not see Russia mentioned. I am very curious how we are doing compared to nations that we see as possible enemies in a hot or cold war.
