I bled all over my Apple Watch and now the watch stem (what they call the “crown”) is stuck. I press on it but nothing happens — no access to all the apps. The basic features still function just fine. Does this seem fixable to you?

My husband and I have an appointment at an Apple Store in an hour, but I fear they will just try to sell us a new watch. Do you think this is something a place like “You Break, I fix” could solve. (I would call and ask, but it is Sunday evening.)

BTW, I was in a trip and fall accident that involved lots of bleeding ...

Well, the Apple store refused to accept it for repairs due to “contamination by bodily fluids” but suggested we wash it with warm water and a toothbrush ... and it worked!
