I am long retired from the electrical field (aircraft electrician), but a real life electric-shock experience is quite different from what a simulation can do. A video or game (a simulation) that shows the dangers involved in working with electrical systems or live conductors is beneficial, since it makes the worker aware of the dangers involved. But an electrical shock is an experience like no other. The problem with electricity it can kill you without you being aware of it, since you can't hear it, smell it, or see it.
Want to experience a shocker? The average lawnmower magneto can scare the heck out of the toughest guy (or girl) on this planet... if you happen to pull the spark plug terminal (bare-handed) from the plug when the motor is running.
