For a few reasons, Israel (please spell it correctly) and Tel Aviv in particular has attracted a lot of tech $$ and brainpower. It's real. Lots of AI and augmented reality tech and others. It's a well educated populace with some wealth.
Still not sure what your question was and TBH it has a whiff of anti-Semitism about it but the answer is yes, it is a tech hub and for relatively easy to explain reasons.
All those Technology Israil got but it doesn't even produce a car of their own.
Producing a car has nothing to do with how technologically advanced the country is. The reason why Israel doesn't have their own car brands is because the country is small with a small internal market.
They have actually developed some of the technology used in self-driving cars. Are you an anti-Semite? Their biggest natural resource is their brain power, which is quite remarkable for such a tiny country.
Giving an example using the word camel makes zero sense. You must have mistaken with Arabic Countries.
