Well, considering that this drawing has no condenser, compressor, or evaporator, it's nothing but 2 fans, one in and one out. The same was invented in 1951, called an "electric fan".

If this really is a revolutionary idea, they've certainly gone out of their way to sound stupid and uneducated:

Our unit's magic is within our cores that produces all the heat and cooling needed without the need of a compressor or refrigerants. The filter deconstruct and reconstructs the air hundreds of times before the air molecules are infused with either heating and cooling. What goes in as particulate matter comes out as healthful breathable air. The processes are proprietary.

1) deconstructing and reconstructing air serves no purpose other than to waste energy
2) there is no such thing as an air molecule
3) you don't infuse cooling, you remove heat
4) they've claimed something that converts "particulate matter" in to breathable air. Last I checked being able to effortlessly transmute "particulate matter" in to air is a more remarkable process than simply offering a higher efficiency HVAC system.

Of course, this magical process that violates long held laws of nuclear physics and thermodynamics is proprietary, so I can't directly refute whatever the idea might be; based on the evidence they've presented though (which is absolutely nothing) I wouldn't purchase this for my home, invest in it, and definitely wouldn't sign up to sell this to my friends and neighbors.

Looks like their "Proprietary" heat source is a load of BS in that box in the middle of their fans.

Might work for heating your house in the winter if you live in the Florida Keys; or cooling it if you lived in Nunavut Canada. Other than that a better bet would be a box fan in the window during the summer and a candle for the winter.

If this thing worked it says you have to turn around each time u want to go from hot to cold. that's allot of work. The only thing that is like this is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermoelectric_cooling
but those are only 5% efficient. The filtering system can no way clean it self i have never seen or heard of such a thing. Just look at a fan u may have in the house and tell me it is clean all moving air caries grease and it sticks to everything. Again this company comes up as a scam on the Internet and FTC.
