One of the many mysteries of life is why so many people like that place, when there are at least 40 other restaurants in Seattle that are much better.

After checking out 20-25 great restaurants in Seattle, Jade Garden is disapointing for me.

Overall, though, I think Seattle's food scene is amazing, and in some ways, I had many better food experiences here than in New York City, where I am from.

Seattle's food scene seems underrated. In some ways, New York City's food scene might be overrated.
I just don't get it, NUB. How can a restaurant disappoint you when you've never eaten there?

Ira500: haha. I went there already.

I just feel like Seattle has at least 40 other restaurants I would enjoy much more, and I already went to 25 restaurants that impressed me and ones that I enjoyed, without being too expensive.

We know you "went" there, but did you go inside and eat the food?
I haven't. I don't appreciate authentic dim sum. I know that people like it. so I'll leave it up to them to determine if it's good, and I'll report what they say, but for me, there's just way too much fried white flour filled with fatty meat.
I'm not advising others to avoid it, we all have our downfalls.
