Okay, so looooooong and I do mean LONG story short, two years ago, while working at I fell twice in a month and have had surgery to fix the problem and was on an LNI claim for the last two years. It was scheduled to close on the 16th of this month, despite the ankle still being weak as I'd been telling the dr. and LNI for months (dr. perscribed More physical therapy, LNI denied it)

So this last weekend I was walking with my husband and son when I stepped down of a step and heard something pop, and I went forward and down.

It took them 2.5 hours to get me off the trail to Evergreen Hospital, and the x-rays show that the ligaments have been torn off the bone on both sides. The pain also goes all the way up my shin.

I have a podiatrist that I am not happy with and due tot he pain being up the leg want to switch to an orthopedic Surgeon.

So if anyone knows of one that is progressive with treatment rather than timid and great at what they do please let me know.

I live in Mukilteo and am hoping to find one in the northern areas, but I'm more than willing to go through to Evergreen Hospital area.

I'm just fed up having to tell the dr what forms he needs to file and what LNI wants. I'm more than willing to fight the majority of the battle, but I need a Dr. that's willing to actually fight for whats needed rather than rolling over....

Thanks!
