You mean Southcenter Mall (Tukwila)? Because the Seattle Outlet Mall is actually in Marysville, next to Tulalip.

And besides, where you coming from?

Take 71 into Seattle. Either you can take the light rail, getting off at Tukwila station, using the 140 bus to get to SC mall -OR- Take the 150 bus from DT.

Trip Planning

Please note that the address for Seattle Outlet Mall is "10600 quil ceda blvd". You do not have to put the city or state in the fields.

Also, to give you a heads-up: set the walking distance to "1 mile"; otherwise, the trip planner tells you that the outlet mall is not within walking distance.

Another thing: getting anywhere from the U-District is pretty easy. The buses heading north (both Community Transit and Sound Transit) pick folks up from a stop on the corner of 45th and the I-5 ramp (Trip Planner - Stop Information). I highly recommend starting your search from there.

Good luck!

Oooh. My bad.

Wow, that bus trip is definitely going to take a long time... perhaps zipcar?

It looks like Community Transit Bus 221 goes to Quil Ceda Village and the Tulalip Casino. It might take awhile and some planning so make a day out of it, it should be fun.

Here's a Community Transit system map I found:

From the malls' website:

Via Bus

Community Transit
(800) 562-1375
From Downtown Seattle take the ST Express #510, #511 or #513 from "4th & Union."
At the Everett Station or Lynnwood Transit Center, transfer to the #200, #201 or #202.
At the "State & Grove" stop, transfer to the #221 or #222.
Get off the bus at the "105th St." stop.
Please note that this route is unavailable on Sundays & Holidays.
