Does anyone have any good leads for property management or rental homes east of Lake Washington?

I am interviewing for a job in Seattle this week. In case they offer me the job, I am trying to be ready by locating good resources for rental homes ahead of time. Surprisingly, I am having a tough time though finding any good rental homes in the Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah areas. I figured as tough as real estate has been everywhere there might be a surplus of homes for rent. I have tried Googling and came up with the Northwest MLS site, Rent.com, realtor.com and all the usual search results. I have not yet looked at the mainstream sites for Windermere, JohnLScott or ColdwellBanker because I thought they just did home sales/purchases and not rental homes. I'll check again. Slim pickens it seems for good clean affordable rentals with good schools on the east side.

I am looking for a 3bed 2bath house (not condo or townhome) that is east of Lake Washington, that is in a good area, and where I can be in downtown Seattle inside 45 minutes (with traffic). I lived in King County from 2000 to 2007 so I know the area pretty well. I am partial to Issaquah, Redmond/Novelty Hill, Bellevue/Newport Hills but open to other nice areas on the eastside as well. North Bend is too far for the daily commute for me anymore. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

We've been looking at rentals on the Eastside for months now. There is very little on offer, particularly in the Issaquah SD. We're looking for 5 beds and they are very rare.
We normally use Craigslist which seems to carry private landlords and agent managed ones too. Also try hotpads and trulia. Realtors such as JLScott send us updates to MLS properties when they come up for rent, but that has been about 5 in the last 3 months so far.

I think the main 'rental season' is now over as schools are back. Whether this is good for perspective tenants or not is another matter. We are now seeing homes that failed to sell for rent, but only until Apr next year when I guess they'll be back on the market.

Hope this helps.
