Yes I enjoy that site and it often has good info on what is happening in Sammamish and the nearby areas. There are very regular updates throughout the week and I use their facebook feed to keep a track on it.

But remember that the real estate columns are written by Realtors (which is clearly stated) so they are not unbiased in their views of the real estate market.

Completely agree. Asking a realtor whether or not you should buy a house is like walking into a barbershop and asking the barber if he thinks you need a haircut.

Just after our first child was born I walked into sofa shop and said "What sofa do you recommend for a family with a new baby and 3 cats?"
The salesman's reply was "I don't recommend a new sofa at all sir!" - Honesty in retailing, we could do with more of that!

Anyway people considering buying in Seattle should also check out Tim Ellis' Seattle Bubble site for good analysis of the latest data and the NWMLS propaganda.
