I found an really great website dedicated to all the public stairs in Seattle that people like to use to run/walk/exercise on.

I definitely will be checking those out on decent, non-rainy days.
But, does anyone know of any safe, public, INDOOR stairs on which to run?

where I used to live there was an old school gymnasium that was open to the public that people used all the time for running its stairs.
Thanks.

the water tower in Volunteer Park has some pretty lengthy stairs, I haven't seen anybody run there but I guess you could. I am not sure how busy it gets up there on a nice day though...

And every year the Big Climb for Leukemia happens at the Columbia Tower. I've done it a couple of times, and it's just horrible, lack of oxygen and claustrophobic.

Memorial Stadium? I thought they were going to demolish it or whatever. They're going to use that space for something else.

I believe they are going to use that space for, well, space - green space. It has not been demolished yet, but I don't know anything about the stairs.
