I'm looking at taking the Clipper from Victoria to see a concert in August at the Tacoma Dome and want to know the best way to get there

Well you can take the express buses from Seattle DT to big Tacoma station which is right next to Tacoma Dome.

Southbound: http://www.soundtransit.org/Schedule...ml?dir=inbound

Yes, the Clipper is at Pier 69 (as is my office) and you can either take the
99 bus from there to Alaskan Way and Seneca, then walk about 4 blocks and catch the 590 or 594 Express, or walk the whole way, it's about 20 minutes along the waterfront.
