True, Snohomish County (Lynnwood, Montlake Terrace, etc.) is closer to Bellevue than Tacoma. And some bargains in that area, too. Weather is slightly worse in this area than to the south. (search: Puget Sound convergence zone)

Some people (like me) take the 'worse weather' as a positive thing. I love the wind/rain/snow that Lake Stevens got. Also, being able to watch the lightning storms in the cascades far to the east was pretty awesome, free light show (without the thunder).

To each their own, of course.

Default in tacoma

I just got a job offer in Bellevue and live in Tacoma....anyone want to ride share with me? I can't move closer and don't know that I want to but can't take the 3 busses it would take to get to the office! Could use my car and gas if someone wants to drive?! Karen 253-320-9253 p.s. I really need this job!
