Can anyone recommend a restaurant in the Seattle/Bellevue area which has Takoyaki and Yakiniku? My son has requested these for his birthday meal.

One that offers both? You won't find it. At least not that I've seen. Maneki MIGHT, but I'd check first.

Yakiniku there's a few options in the Korean parts of Shoreline along Aurora. Search Korean BBQ and you'll find it. I recommend Old Village. It's in a strip mall next to another strip mall, and doesn't seem interesting but man, it is good. Check it out.

For takoyaki and other munchies, Wann Izakaya and Kushibar are good, in Belltown. One place I would avoid is in the international district, called Kaname. Dirty, and not good.

If he just wants takoyaki and is OK with home-made yakiniku, then you can go shopping at Uwajimaya. The one in Bellevue cooks takoyaki in front of you. My wife gave it a positive review.
