How about buying her and yourself a ticket to Seattle so she can visit the city herself? If my mom bought me that when I was 10 and if I loved another city like that, that would have been amazing. Then she can go and pick out Seattle souvenirs herself!

Before we moved here my husband sent our kids Top Pot Doughnut T-shirts. They were a big hit with my girls (10 and 12) as well as their friends. We have had a lot of requests to send shirts back to friends in Georgia. I know its kind of odd and the shirts are nothing special but for some reason they were a big hit.

was 20 years ago, she wouldn't see anything more shocking than she would on prime time TV these days. And if she's obsessed with Seattle at that age, there's a good chance it's a generational thing and the side of Seattle she is so enamored with is 1990s Seattle which could for her purposes be summed up with that movie.
