Generally not so nice, especially on Delridge itself. But some of that area, like between Delridge and Avalon Way near Longfellow Creek, is a hidden nice area. Very convenient location, and there's a supposedly nice gym( All Star Fitness?) and a branch of the very good Uptown Espresso.

And if you ever visit 'seattlebubble' you'll notice that the 'cheapest houses for sale' thread often has places in Delridge. I have noticed the North Delridge has some appeal to gentrifiers looking for an easy commute and cheap homes.

It's The Alaska Junction/West Seattle Junction, or Genessee Hill(The Junction is within Genessee). And it's an awesome neighborhood. Waaay nicer than Delridge.
